Mike, first thank you so much for what you do to facilitate the spread of ideas from thought leaders in Central Ohio.

I've been experimenting over the past year with using a particular word regularly in posts and conversations. Some anecdotal testing shows that especially for surface contacts (sometimes that's all we get) that this word has popped up in people's perception of our brand.

It's a beautiful, delicate dance between entrepreneur and the marketplace. Enjoy it.

Really great post Mike. For small businesses and entreprueners, human-branding is the very best investment that you can make. It's hard to measure ROI on the time you will spend building out your human brand strategy for your self, but the rewards will be evident and consistent if you do your homework. It's always important to remember that your human brand is always going to be in BETA. That is you will change over time as a person and professional - and so will your brand. Always be a work in progress...
